It should come with hand grips!It's a whole new world with the Kayak Paddle/ Sup paddle. you have more control, Kids learn easily. COVER alot of territory. and it's a great work out! LOVE THE BRIGHT COLOR!I bought 2 sets. Opened at the lake. And my daughters had been damaged in transit. SO HAD TO GET CREATIVE AT THE LAKE TO MAKE IT WORK. Bummed about that. but we love them!
