GARBAGE CHEAP GARBAGE
Tilts easily when the top plate is turned sideways, pretty much burned my hand when the top plate landed on my arm when leaning over, 4 small foot suckers are a joke in themselves STILL tips almost to the side. I suppose you get what you paid for by buying a CHEAP CHINESE SIGN. JUNK, that's what you get. I hope to return.
