Works, VERY strong bandage

I was recently diagnosed with Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome. Most commonly found in women. It feels like the knee is about to give out. It doesn't really hurt, but it shakes a bit when I walk and suddenly I feel like my knee is going to give out. It's not, but I have a weird feeling. My doctor said to do some muscle strengthening exercises and wear a bandage if I walk a lot. I already have this brace and I showed it to my doctor and she thought it was perfect because of the hole for the patella to get more support. So I wore this orthosis for 5 days. This is a really good brace with 3 straps that really keep the foot in place. When I walked with this brace, I didn't feel like my knee gave out, but I did feel very stiff when I first got up to walk, even wearing it for 5 minutes in a sitting position. Is it too tight? I solved it and still had the same problems. But as I said, I had great support when walking or climbing stairs. I had trouble climbing stairs. My leg hurt and I felt unsafe walking down the stairs with this brace. Luckily when I ordered this brace I also ordered a lighter brace. After 5 days with this heavy brace I wear the lighter brace for 2 days and actually feel a lot better. My injury is treated better with a lighter band than with this heavy brace. I'm glad I have this brace because I feel like it can come in handy as I get older, but for my daily life and my knee issues, a lighter brace is better for me. If you need strong support, this is perfect for you. Goes well with my jeans. This is a bandage that I also bought from Revain and it works for my issues. I'm sure you can google it, not sure if I can link my review. Recreation, running, men and women
