Not bad for its price!
About 6 dollars, I don't think it's bad! Spring is a little softer than I would like but works great. I've looked at pliers that are also $10, but this one is cheaper, fairly clean (the oil didn't make the spring squeak), the two ends fit almost perfectly, and the handle doesn't slip off.
