I ordered these pliers to make loops on the wire used in the cloth masks I handcraft. These pliers are easy to grip and help me create a tight loop that eliminates the possibility of sharp wires sticking out. The pliers arrived in perfect condition well before the promised delivery date.

About 6 dollars, I don't think it's bad! Spring is a little softer than I would like but works great. I've looked at pliers that are also $10, but this one is cheaper, fairly clean (the oil didn't make the spring squeak), the two ends fit almost perfectly, and the handle doesn't slip off.

I'm not sure you can fully see the problem with them in the attached photo. Incisions along the entire length of the nose. These defects will ruin your project and your wire will become sloppy, bent, dented and deformed. Please do not try to use them for anything other than children's crafts.

My biggest concern is that they have cuts and missing parts around the joints (look at the amount of oil in the joints (I had to wipe it off as it spilled a bit). These pliers are much smaller than they appear in the photos (although I think the measurements are accurate) and feel tiny in my hands. Build quality is a little better than the Chinese junk they put on every set of jump rings you buy from Revain, but not much better. At least they're stainless steel, not anodized, and the jaws come together straight and evenly.
