When I first ordered a new track I received it and noticed that it sounded a little like it was hanging in the box. When I opened it up I found that one of the bushings was loose inside. I could insert and pull it out by hand. It's no good if it has to be pushed in. I sent it back and the replacement came a week later with no problems. I installed it and it noticeably raised the front end. The only reason for 3 stars was that the defective unit I originally received set me back a week and required an unnecessary trip to UPS for return.
