It's easy for me as an employee who is part time so I am able to log into this system any day during my work week.
The community has been great in helping with our questions that we have had about various issues within the organization. There are still many things which can be improved upon such as allowing easier access to more helpful files or forms/documents when dealing with customers outside office hours etc.. In general it provides us employees what needs to be done without much hassle from management department since they already know how important customer service is to us! We're solving problems together and getting advice form each other whenever needed.
