Leakage issue fixed
Take a 2010 Forester XT and replace the rotten black o-ring on the plastic L-shaped fitting that attaches directly to the power steering pump. Not sure if I bought the correct set but I used the red ring from this one and it fit perfectly. Power steering oil no longer leaks. although I don't know where I would use a larger black o-ring.
