Works as advertised
I have a dual monitor (HDMI + VGA), two connectors, model. I've been using it for over a month with no problems. Judging by other reviews, the chance of failure is about 10%, so I'm out of luck. The only thing I don't like is that when using the rear USB port to support keyboard/mouse switching, the mouse wheel didn't work for anything else, even with the mouse hotkey disabled. I opted for the front USB port for mouse and keyboard and the included hardware button for toggling.
