The housing of the rectifier plug was damaged during transport, but it works!
Ordered Saturday afternoon and received Monday. My 225 Johnson wouldn't start. I did some troubleshooting and narrowed it down to the stator. When opening the package, several dozen plastic fragments were found. At first I couldn't even tell which component was damaged, but quickly determined that it was the rectifier connector housing (2 yellow wires). Instead of sending it back and waiting for a replacement, I was able to salvage the connector housing on my old stator. Installed and started the boat! How it holds up, time will tell! I'm glad to be ready for the lake now!
