I sent it back but still a great product.
Quality product for the money, well packaged even with a set of extra screws. It just didn't work for me so I sent it back. My job was to scrape off excess grout from 30 years of tile installation. To be fair, this may have been the type of grout used on my floor, as YouTube videos show the same tool doing the same job quickly and easily. Either way, it's still a well-made product and a lot easier than installing an old ceramic tile subfloor. PS: I used a $179 SDS-Max mid-size jackhammer/drill from Harbor Freight. This worked great (using a chisel) to remove the real tile.
