I like that they are very knowledgeable in all aspects of donor management from development, stewardship & giving programs as well as grant writing/fund raising opportunities! They also have an incredible team who has been there since day one!! Very friendly staff which makes it easy when you're working remotely or traveling out side your local area - no need to worry about getting lost while driving somewhere new. Nothing specifically but their knowledge base across so many different areas really helps them be able to help any size organization regardless if its small business startup through large non profit organizations such as our own church (which we use often).
