Review on channelIT by Seth Damain

I like that it has all of my account info so once logged in there isn't any additional steps needed for me as an agent or rep! It also allows you access at your own pace which makes more sense than being forced through someone else's time schedule/schedule etc.. Nothing really but if they do make changes let them know because their support team was very hard selly about how amazing this product truly should be even though we had no problems using our previous systems before switching over (which were much better).
