Very poor packaging resulting in damage to parts

Attention to detail. The shipping box had several holes from the product that slipped in. There was absolutely no filling. The four smaller pieces either slipped through the holes or were left out. The welds were done with the crudest of re-adjustments. Welds on the axle make the wheel wobble. Returning for a quality product
