So I started reading about how breaking down tissue in muscles helps reduce recovery time. Whenever I train a leg day, I'm sore for about a week, sometimes longer. I've tried foam rollers in the past (and bought 2) and every time I did it on my quads it felt like a medieval form of torture. After seeing a guy at the gym who looked like he knew what he was doing with something like this, I decided to look him up on Amazon. I bought this scooter and I love it. This shortened my recovery time from 7 to 3 days. Now I can control whether or not I want to scream like a girl based on how hard I press it while the foam roller is dependent on how much body weight you put on it which you can't control. Happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.
