Your phone pocket fits my 2 1/2" x 5" phone, a small wallet with a credit card on my driver's license, and a key. I like that in the bag the zipper is about a third in the front. This way when you put your phone in and take out your phone, the upper lip sinks into the phone and you don't have to close it every time you put your phone in and take out your phone. Haven't tried it yet, but there is also a small stretchy patch that holds a small water bottle. I love this feature. There is a small separate pocket for a key. The only complaint is that the elastic and plastic clip closures are quite large. I would like the elastic to be thinner and the plastic clip to be smaller. It looks a bit chunky and not very feminine. It works great and most of the time my shirt still covers the buckle and strap. I use it for walking and running. It doesn't hang out and stays in place in most cases. For the price and the apparently good quality, I would recommend it.
