Purchased in 2013 together with the bed. I liked it very much. Bought this online as a second (it air dries so will have to alternate the two as it takes a couple of days to dry) and washed cold separately in a large garment bag and found it a bit odd that it dries in the day. After it dries in the air, put it on the bed. I tore a hole in it by pulling the sides under the mattress when I first put it on the bed, so it's practically useless until first use. The old one had no issues, but the new one is much thinner and not strong at all. I will not buy this product again. waste of money. And since it says a 15-year warranty, that's counterintuitive as it didn't even last a day. Even washing in cold water with a clothes bag will not save the hole from growing. Also bought pillowcases but didn't expect quality or coverage. Will find another brand with a good reputation and will also call the owner of the store where I bought my bed and original cover to inform them of the manufacturer's drop in quality.
