This is because there are so many features that I don't know what they all do. Make sure you fully understand how everything works before using this software. It has saved our firm a lot of work. We've been able to focus more on growing our business rather than managing our client relationships. I love how easy it is to use this software! We have used many different platforms over my career but nothing has been as simple or intuitively user friendly like nurtureIt!! The customer service from support team we've received so far also exceeded expectations in every way possible. There's not much that i dislike about using these services at all really they are just great products with amazing features which makes our job easier overall. !
