Pros - works well and the nozzles that come with it are definitely useful - easy handling and easy temperature regulation Cons - electronic components are practically not ventilated which is probably why people had problems with it - stand included in the kit works but worries me a bit as it can accidentally be knocked over, the cord can get caught on something and pull etc. Be careful when using it! Turned off it definitely cools down to 100 degrees before turning off completely, but you have to be careful to leave it on the stand for a while as it's still hot. Overall, I like the ease of use, the smaller footprint, and the tips that come with it, but you definitely need to be careful with it and make sure it's not left on for too long to avoid overheating electrical components.
