The handle broke off when removing it from the plastic wrap. Don't buy this if you don't have it handy. I will insert a stainless steel pin or screw into the handle to hold it on the brush. I like the bristle design. It should clean up nicely after I change brush and pen. At this point, if I tried to use it, the brush would fall into the garbage chute. I would have had to get some long handled pliers to get it out of the trash. Update: I was able to use special glue to hold the two pieces together. Leave it on overnight and clean the drains this morning. The brush is well designed and works well but without a handle and brush they are useless. It's like buying a car with four flat tires. All this is, but not on the way.
