I love these racks! This protects my stainless steel sink from scratches, and I can also wash vegetables, chicken, etc. in my sink and let them drip directly onto the shelves. I've also used them for breading chicken and pork chops - I bread the meat and then place them straight into the sink on the wire racks while they wait to be fried. Clutter is so easy to clean up! I can also let the dishes dry on these racks. All of this is possible because these baskets fit in my dishwasher, so I can always give them a super clean after use! Very hygienic compared to other sink protectors. My husband had to bend all four corners slightly so they wouldn't scratch the corners of my sink.
