My xbox one controller started behaving, first the right stick moved up, then after a few days this one became Drift worse and it caused my other buttons on the controller to come off the building. I saw a video on YT about replacing the sensor without soldering, so that's what I did. The top of it (after disassembling the controller) removes the failed hard drive and replaces it with the hard drive from this joystick kit. It worked! Drift is gone, all buttons work perfectly again! But be careful, this green plastic element is soldered to the circuit board. So just open the top and use fine needle nose pliers to take it off and put in a new one. Didn't have to solder anything, which was nice as I'm not a minor electronics expert.
