Review on 🚗 Enhanced Air Suspension Kit: Air Lift 1000 Series (Model: 60809) by John Souza

4Runner V8 4WD 2003 As many people have advised here and elsewhere on the internet, they can be installed without even taking the suspension apart. Sawz-all with a longer blade makes life a lot easier by cutting out butt scraps. It was a bit difficult to slide the deflated and folded airbag through the spring, but I didn't put it in hot water to soften it first, so maybe that extra step would have made it easier. Installation took less than 2 hours and most of the time was spent figuring out the best route for the air line and valve. Our 4Runner is slightly raised with spacers, which in no way affected the effectiveness of the airbags. My only minor disappointment is that the ride quality degrades a bit even at a minimum pressure of 5psi. On bumpy, unladen roads, the rear triangle feels a bit stiffer. It's not terrible by any means, but it's not entirely subtle, as many people have said. Less sag when towing and using our 2-Bike JoeHauler is worth the small compromise, IMO.
