Revainrating 5 out of 5

Exactly as promised by the manufacturer, high quality.

The Google laptop's model number is 81LG00AHRK, and I purchased it for $17,000 with no regrets. I just used the laptop I brought to set up Linux and use the console. It found out that the laptop performs incredibly well under Centos 8, which is inconsistent with the cost. A kernel ate is necessary for System Version 1905 in order for the touchpad and WiFi to function. The touchpad on Centos 7 is functional, however WiFi is not. There are several connectors on the left side of the side panel, including a 3.5 combination jack for headphones and a microphone, one HDMI port, a gigabit LAN connector, two standard USB ports, and one USB Type-C port for adding more extensions (I use an adapter to classic USB 3.0 ) There is only a Kensington lock connector on the right side, which is fortunate for me because a typical user wouldn't be interested in it. There is a lot of empty space inside near the disk and a connector that looks like an M.2 slot (I'm not sure if this is it, but google suggests it might be), both of which need disassembling the entire laptop to access. A free SO-DIMM DDR4 installation slot is also available on the board. A normal SSD with a SATA connector is utilized for work. My opinion is that the laptop has an intriguing solution: the cooling outlet is situated just beneath the screen, allowing you to securely close either its left or right side. The traditional way to breathe is from below.

Pros
  • I'll start with something that isn't mentioned in the description but is heartening: – Unused M.2 slot (but this is not accurate, more details in the comments) - You may feel that the battery enables quick charging (80% in 60 minutes). - A slot for your own DDR4 SO-DIMM memory bar is present; you almost certainly require a frequency of 2133. Together with: - Excellent performance under Centos 8's supervision. While the processor is an office, it is hardly noticeable. Excellent independence. If you save money, you can spend up to four hours behind him instead of the usual three. - Elegant design (at least on the outside) - It doesn't become hot while it's running; active cooling essentially doesn't operate.
Cons
  • - Very short charging cord. If you previously didn't care about how close the outlet was to you since you had a laptop, you now do. - The matrix is one of the cheapest, despite the 1920x1080 resolution of the screen, which has virtually no viewing angles. Uncomfortable. - Fingerprints are very obvious, and the case is readily soiled. - The sound is a little quieter than we would like because the speakers are not at the top of the screen, as is typically the case, but rather at the bottom (they are visible in the shot where the laptop is turned upside down). - Installing the OS can be challenging for a novice user. - A BIOS problem causes the laptop to restart roughly every 7 seconds when starting from a network card and necessitates a reset.

Got pros: Value for money and speed. The equipment is not buggy. Everything works as it should. Cons below: Weak camera. No keyboard backlight.
