I purchased both the faucet and toilet bidet. The toilet bidet was a breeze to setup due to the direct connection from the wall to the toilet. The sink bidet is where I had frustration in setup. Minus one star because the installation video for the faucet setup was too silly and not informative at all. Bc I have little plumbing experience, I would like to see the setup tutorial be more straightforward without calling the different parts "thingys." My box came with 3 different adapters that all appeared very similar, but with minor detailed changes, this is where my frustration with setup began when the tutorial video that your company has posted to your page. The tutor is halfway covering everything she is holding up, not making it clear what she has in her hand so it is very challenging to follow. However, I gave up trying to follow her "put the thingy in the thingies" and went to another company's tutorial setup, which was exactly what I needed, but of course, their product had different attachments. Please repost a new setup tutorial for the faucet bidet.
