VERY SMALL hand pump didn't work at all, luckily my husband had an air compressor in the garage. But that's disappointing as I wanted something I could use, defat and refill myself so there weren't so many pillows etc lying around the house. As a 73 year old female I don't think I could use a small pump even if it worked. The leg ramp seems to be deflating and I was a bit disappointed with the choice of fabric and that all the creases didn't go away even with a powerful air compressor. It's a good idea, I agree with you, but I thought it would have some sort of compressed air inflator that you can just use your hand or foot on (like an air mattress). I guess I expected too much for the low price.
