This case is perfect for Fluke 113-117! The construction is a little sloppy with a lot of threads sticking out, but it feels solid. There is no excessive play at the edges of the gauge and it does not choke it. Good quality rubber bands. One is enough to keep it in place. My only real issue with this is that the accessory pouch zipper lands right on top of some of the counter-marks. Over time, this mark will undoubtedly be erased. Also, this is an amazing case. worth your money. It's a shame Fluke can't make a matching case. Suggestion: If you know how to use needle and thread, you can follow my solution to the zipper problem. I took a piece of velcro and sewed it to the inside edge of the case so it forms a protective barrier between the zipper and the counter. You can use any material you like as long as it covers the zipper when the bag is closed. (see photo)
