Convenient ticketing and customer support

The best part is that we can send our tickets directly in email without going through any third party website which makes it easy for us as well as their team! It's free version has limited features but I guess you get what u pay for because there are no more options after paying subscription charges so please try out this if your looking for an all rounder solution with multiple benefits like live chat option etc. We have started using sympoq platform since last 3 years now its been great experience till date. There aren't anything specific about it except few minor issues regarding UI/UX of some modules may be solved by them in future versions. Live Chat integration was one such issue where they had promised me something very soon but didn't come up with much improvements even after 1 year or 2 months when i asked again. Overall good service provider who really cares & listens to customers requests nd provide quality solutions at affordable prices.
