Review on Belkin Upstream Charging Thunderbolt Transfer - F4U097Tt by Nathan Tef

I have two Acer XZ342CK monitors. I have a Belkin Thunderbolt Three Dock. As you can read, it supports dual monitors. I'm using a new Belkin custom DisplayPort to Thunderbolt cable with a Belkin docking station that allows two dual monitors to work with a MacBook Pro. For the second connection, I used a DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable. Only one monitor with a DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable worked. I then tried just using the Belkin Displayport to Thunderbolt cable but couldn't get the monitor to work. I then ordered an extra display port for another brand of Thunderbolt cable in case the cable itself fails. To make sure the other monitor is working I used the Displayport to connect a Displayport cable to it and it worked fine. The newer 2021 DisplayPort to Thunderbolt monitors connected to the dock do not appear to work. I called Belkin, waited 20 minutes and finally spoke to someone who said he was not an expert and would find someone who could help me. After another eight minutes of waiting, they told me that someone needed to call me back and email me. When this happened two days later, I emailed them to set up a follow-up call with an expert, but never received a response. Belkin's support service is not very good.
