Very bright but the lense cover on one of them keeps just "falling off "

These light were easy to install and are amazingly bright for how compact they are. The only issue we are having is that one of the lenses keeps falling off of one of them. Every once in a while I'll walk through my hallway and the lens is in the floor. Thank goodness it is plastic or it would be broken from hitting the floor. Kind of a pain to uninstall and send back. So I just keep getting the step ladder out and popping it back on.
