Not as advertised. for building materials
According to the description they have been primed so you can paint them your own colour. They came with a glossy black powder coat finish that should have been sanded down (not an easy task with warped metal) in hopes the new color would hold. Emailed them asking how they could be repainted and they said they were just powder coated. It wouldn't work. Looking at their other products it seems like they use the same description for almost everything except railing sizes. Don't pay that price to bother and not get it working. Gave them back.
