Please note that you still need a normal socket to connect this softbox. It will not work without or is not a standalone battery powered LED light. I have used many softboxes for both film and photography in the past and have been generally impressed with the performance and portability of this lightbox. The advantages include: 1) Easy installation and disassembly. 2) save space. 3) Good soft tone of the lighted object. 4) Big price for a small budget. Installation recommendations: see photo. The light was safest on a tripod by turning it on its side. Suitable for traveling photographers or independent filmmakers on a budget.
