I really like this product because it has been good so far but it has one big flaw that I think buyers should be aware of. I bought two, one for each of my kids in their new rooms when we moved earlier this month and about 3 weeks of heavy use, within 2 days of each other, the charging connectors broke and plugged into the speaker so charging wasn't more is possible. When this happened to the first one, I immediately went to Amazon and asked for a trade, thinking it was a fluke. But when the same thing happened to the second just two days later, I realized it must have been a design flaw. The second has a replacement on the way, but I'm suspicious these replacements have the same issue. Aside from the charging port, the quality was excellent and my kids loved these speakers. I'm wondering if there is a way to glue the port so this doesn't happen again with new ones.
