After several days of testing I've come to the conclusion that this device just isn't that powerful. There are two settings: light and strong. Both are quite noisy at launch, so stronger settings of course. It's like using a full vacuum with its long run time. However, volume does not equal efficiency. It's just not that strong, especially the suction power. The tighter the setting, the better the air blows, but I find the compressed air in the can is much stronger. I suppose it has its uses, but it doesn't make any air intake or air pockets.
