As for the fuses, this is exactly the replacement I need to fix the board.
Bought an Interex Surge Slayer at a thrift store for a few dollars - found the fuse on the circuit board had blown. These fuses are well wetted with solder so you can add leads and replace the fuse. All is well. Arrived on time in a typical plastic fuse box. No complaints.
