I got 300 toilets from UPS a day early. The box was cut open from above around the entire perimeter and taped incorrectly, leaving a large hole. I examined the toilet and saw a deep cut on the lid with a stationery knife. The sewer pipe was missing. I installed it anyway. The toilet was installed in 5 minutes instead of the Thetford toilet. The sanitary facilities are fine. If I'm lucky, sewage doesn't back up between the top and bottom of the bowl, because that's what happens with the 300 toilet. The 310 and 320 don't have this problem, but both don't fit in an RV because they require more space between the toilet bars and the back wall. If sewage gets in there, I disassemble the two halves of the bowl and apply a clear, all-purpose 100% RTV silicone adhesive to the o-ring, connect the two halves and apply RTV to either side of the rectangular gasket that runs between the base - and bowl sections of the toilet, let them dry for 24 hours and that should solve the problem. The company simply ships 300 more toilets, which may or may not work, as the old saying goes; If you want something done right, do it yourself. I'll see what happens. It could be good.
