As other users say, this product was designed primarily as an intercom and all other functions were secondary. Installation is a major pain and requires you to remove all padding from your helmet. If you have a full face helmet, good luck holding the wires in place while you put the padding back in place. In terms of sound quality, it sounds like you are listening to music through your cell phone's speaker. Zero sound depth. It's tinny and piercing. For almost 200€ I would have expected a better sound quality. Finally, the menu system is a mess. This involves holding down the center button while the helmet reads which option you're currently selecting. You must release the button when the option you want appears. However, if you're not fast enough, you'll have to go through the entire menu again.
