We love how easy it was for our managers (who are not tech savvy)to be able use this platform without having any prior experience or knowledge of using cloud services like Salesforce! They can now easily access information in real time as well add new users with ease from anywhere at anytime via mobile devices such as iPads etc.. I have had very few issues since we started implementing several months back but when they did occur there were quick responses by support team members who got right things done immediately.
