After having a C-section 10 years ago I never thought I'd be able to do any kind of stomach exercises again. My employer gives us a stipend each year for gym dues or exercise gear so I've been working on building out a decent home gym over the past couple years. I thought this machine may be doable for my super weak stomach muscles and it was a great price, and was super easy and quick to assemble (41 yr old woman and I did it on my own in about 25 min). The first time I used it I did 10 reps and 2 days later my stomach burned so bad! (Boom! It's working!) I now keep it to about 5 to 10 reps 2 to 3 times a week and starting to see results!
