The lock binds and breaks easily

The lock binds all the time and I had to return one because of this problem. I had the same problem with the second one and had to break the lock on this one as well. Luckily, the lock is fairly easy to pick with bare hands. Bad news when you're trying to keep things safe. I don't know why the lock keeps breaking. I have adjusted correctly. I insert the lock and then unlock the code. First it works, then it freezes and won't unlock anymore. I hope I can return it again.
