Great shoes, feet don't hurt anymore!
I walk 5 miles every day and my big toe joint hurts from arthritis. After speaking to a physical therapist, they suggested these shoes to alleviate the situation by limiting the pressure and flexion of the toe joint while walking. So far this has worked very well. My foot physiology is not overpronated, but this shoe, designed to address this issue, offloads the joint and swings to minimize flexion. In my old running shoes I had toe pain from about 3.5-4 miles, now I can run the entire 5 mile loop pain free. So far I am very satisfied and am considering buying another pair.
Pros
- I really liked the fit of this shoe. I've bought the same thing in the past. These are great running shoes.
Cons
- Shoes may not be suitable for people who like minimalist shoes.
