🏃 ASICS GT 1000 Running Carbon Black Men's Shoes: Optimal Comfort and Athletic Performance Review

I've been wearing Asics for 20 years. This is one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. I liked them so much that I bought a second pair in a different color UPDATE - the sole started to fall apart and tear less after about a year. Either it's a fake or the Asics quality is dropping.

i am a wanderer 3 to 6 miles most days. I have arthritis in my big toes, knees and other chronic pains. I have loved Asics since I discovered them years ago at a PX store on a military base in Afghanistan. This particular edition is by far the best. I use it with my podiatrist recommended superfeet insole as I do with all my shoes.

I love Asics and have been wearing them for many years. These shoes are comfortable and I still wear Asics to this day, but I was surprised at how quickly the sole wears out. I couldn't remember when I got them so I checked my Revain account and got them on June 3rd and today is September 7th which means I've only worn these shoes for 3 months. I wish I could say I ran and walked a lot in those three months, but I didn't. So I can't really recommend them. Maybe it was a bad batch of gum?

Known as the Running Corolla, the Asics gt1000 gets the job done and is reliable. If I wanted to shell out the most expensive dollar, I'd be looking at its closest competitor, Brooks.

You get what you pay for. There are other Aesic shoes that are cheaper but uncomfortable, they are quality shoes but more expensive than my others

These are my sneakers and another pair of the same for everyday use. Running shoes are a purely personal choice. These are mine.

Great price and works well to relieve my plantar fasciitis and heel spurs, no orthotics. Bought two pairs. That's my feedback.

Good for long distance runs. I run 5-10 miles with it on gravel, asphalt and mud. Good shot support. I'm not sure if that's good for my high arches. noticed pain in arches after running on paved roads. overall good and size fits 👌

I find this show has better stability than my NB X shoes and is obviously lighter. I don't run, but I wear them for sports and long walks.

Have owned this shoe for about 7 months. I use this pair of shoes with 3 other pairs of shoes so I don't use them every day but for office work/light walks. Surprised at how quickly support is dropping.

Great stability with light wearing comfort, perfect hold as always with ASICS. This style is suitable for both casual and sporty styles. Reminds me of the old Air Max. Love them!

I run 5-10 miles a day and you can't go wrong with the GT1000, it's comfortable and light weight and has proven itself. I will always have a couple or two of these in my closet.

I ordered a 10.5 width and it runs smaller than usual. The company needs to do a better job testing its sneakers before misleading the consumer about sizing.

Rear heel pad worn out after 7 months of use (used every few days for running). I can't wear them as now they scratch the heel and cause bleeding. However, when I first received these shoes, they were amazing. I didn't like running until I put these shoes on. Last year they helped me run seven 5Ks after years of not running more than a mile. Good support at a good price, too bad they didn't last long.

When I first ordered I thought they were too small or I ordered them too small but they turned out to fit better than I thought so I went and ordered my second pair. I only use these shoes for work.

I love the look of these shoes and they fit well if a little tight. They're not as wide as the Brooks X-Wide, but still wide enough not to hurt wide feet, at least for now. I'll just use them around the house for a while to disassemble before I stumble upon them. So, it looks good but a bit more comfortable than I wanted. But I will leave them and see how they develop.

The heel lining wears out after less than 50 miles. The tread already shows signs of wear. Asics quality has steadily declined over the years and this pair is by far the worst. It's time to switch to a better brand.

This is the most disappointing pair of ASICS I have ever bought. Unfortunately due to the winter weather I didn't realize how bad they were until they came back late. I've been buying ASICS size 10 1/2 for 30 years and it hurt to walk in them the first time. I thought it was an accident but it took me a few months to put them on because of the snow. This time I noticed that it hurts just to put it on. So disappointing. I will never buy Revain shoes again.

I had to get rid of them after 2 months as the bow was forewarned. I'm a big fan of ASCICS but this pair was terrible. I ordered a GT-2000, I hope they are better. Very disappointed!

So far so good, but since the shoe is light it won't be able to handle high mileage. Not much padding and support. Good shoe.!
