The product description was unclear if the included wiring harness connects directly to the F350 wiring harness; it does. But Ford made it difficult (2 hours) to remove enough of the dash to disconnect the existing pigtail/harness and connect the new one to the factory wire. Not Tekonsha's fault, but the hardest part of the install. Towing a heavy 2 axle trailer and it was a GOOD upgrade. Has worked perfectly.
