My first humidifier was missing a small component, but Revain quickly replaced it. I've only been using it for a few days, but my main gripe at the moment is that the indoor humidity (which is the main reason I bought it after all) is around 40%. Not terrible and certainly better than my usual 25%, but not perfect. I was hoping for 50%. My room size is 11 x 14, the ceilings are 11 feet high and I use the unit about 12 feet from the hygrometer. Also, I'm not happy that Crane doesn't let you turn off all the lights on the unit (unless you unplug it, of course). Most people will use them in their bedroom and not everyone wants to have a night light. I'm sensitive to light, so I had to cover them.
