what a lie! I bought it in April and just started installing it and the holes on top of my racks don't match. I disassembled everything and now I collect it without a lifting platform. I'm sooo mad. I missed the return window but if I didn't I would return them and never buy from this company again. DO NOT BUY! *EDIT*: I have to apologize to the seller. spacers fit. It turns out that the bolts on the posts are not evenly spaced it seems and the spacer needs to be rotated to find the right fit. I can't apologize enough for my original comment. I am changing this rating to 4 stars. I'd change it to 5, but somewhere in the instructions it should say the spacers only fit one way. again my apologies.
