Helps 7 year old with anxiety and nightmares
My 7 year old daughter struggles with anxiety and nightmares. They are SO helpful when she's feeling anxious. She starts to feel better about 15 minutes after taking it. I've also noticed that she has fewer nightmares if she sees one before bed.
