Excellent product suitable for roof racks

The product exceeded my expectations. For the price, this is the best retractable J-Stand. Easy to install and remove, making storing and transporting my kayak easy and safe. The universal bracket fits perfectly on the factory cross member of my car (Subaru Impreza). The kayak stays securely in place on long hikes of 100+ miles. Works perfectly. I only wish the company offered rack locks. But they are so easy to remove, I just remove the racks and stow them in the car when I'm rowing. Easy.
