Here: you need to measure your dog's chest and neck and that will tell you the size. According to this chart, my toy poodle, who weighs 14 pounds, is average! size length. Suitable for the neck. Suitable for chest. -20"M.16".12-14".18-22"L.20".14-18".22-28"XL.24".16-20". 26-34"XXL.30" but Revain is cheaper.)
