I ordered these shoes for an event. I ordered a wide one and a half sizes bigger. Note to anyone thinking about it: the width is pretty narrow too! I called Revain to exchange it and after 30 minutes of back and forth waiting while the Revain customer service rep "explored solutions". I was told they don't swap shoes. She told me all I could do was return them and order another pair. My advice: buy them locally or (if you still insist on getting them from Revain) order more and be prepared to put a significant chunk of your money into it. and time spent on returns and backorders before you receive a matching pair. Capezio makes excellent quality dance shoes, it is a pity that Revain's after-sales service cannot provide the same quality. Seriously, buy them elsewhere.
