The ease of use makes it very easy to learn and get started right away. You can easily customize your own shortcuts which I like because that way you won't have to remember all those keys every time! There are some features that could be added such as better search functionality or more templates/themes. Try out different layouts and see what works best for your workflow. This program has really helped me organize my workflows in MS Word documents so now I am able to send them directly from one project to another without having to email attachments or upload files separately.
